Middle School Student Services
The middle school guidance department offers the following services to middle school students:
Individual and group counseling
Student schedules and schedule changes
Career development
Collaboration with CSE to provide services to students with disabilities
Consult with parents and local organizations and businesses to provide students with additional supports as needed (referral services)
Parent/team conferences
Provide student advocacy services
High School Student Services
The high school guidance department offers the following services to high school students:
Individual and group counseling
Student schedules and schedule changes
College and career planning
College Information and Assistance with Application Process
Information on college entrance exams
Cover letter/resume writing assistance
The NCAA process for student-athletes
Information on graduation requirements
Collaboration with CSE to provide services to students with disabilities
Consult with parents and local organizations to provide students with additional support as needed (referral services)
Consult and collaborate with classroom teachers to assist students in meeting their academic needs
Parent/team conferences
Provide student advocacy services
Continuing Education Scholarships
The Unadilla Valley Community Scholarship Fund recognizes the tremendous cost of post-secondary education today and to that end will award two $1,000 scholarships to eligible applicants for the 2021– 22 academic year to assist with non-tuition expenses related to attending college (books, food, housing, etc.). Preference will be given to new applicants.
Applications are due by July 16.
