Good afternoon, 

With winter weather returning to our region, we wish to remind you of our emergency closing, delay and early dismissal procedures.

If there are any changes in school operation hours, the district uses several information sources to inform parents and community members:

  • Our mass notification system: automated phone calls and text messages

  • The Unadilla Valley website at https://www.uvstorm.org/

  • Local television and radio stations, as well as newspaper websites

If you need to update contact information for our mass notification system, please contact the district’s registrar at 607-847-7500, ext. 1118. Updates may be needed if you get a new phone number or change an emergency contact person.

Over the summer, we mailed home a transportation form that included a section where families can indicate an alternative location where students should be transported in the event of an early dismissal. If you did not return that form; or if you need to make a change to what you designated on that form, please complete the questions in the form linked below.  Please complete this form separately for every child in your household. A print version of this form will be available in the District Office and the Elementary and Jr./Sr. High School offices.
