Please help UVFFA congratulate Taylor and Adrienne Hodge for their AMAZING performance at the Eastern States Exposition in Springfield, Massachusetts on Saturday, Sept. 14!
Twenty-two FFA members from 15 different states from Ohio to Massachusetts and Maine to Virginia, who were selected as the top dairy handlers in their home state, brought their A game to the BigE to compete.
Starting at 6:30 a.m., Taylor and Adrienne started showing cows, heifers, and calves throughout the morning. Having never worked with these animals, both had to show the animals dairy qualities to the best of their ability while remaining composed and professional throughout the four-hour competition.
Results just in this morning - Adrienne placed 4th and Taylor WON the competition placing 1st! Congratulations!
