Varsity football will finish their suspended game vs Trumansburg on Monday, September 11 at 5:30 pm.

We are excited to welcome you back to the first official day of the 2023-2024 school year tomorrow, Thursday, September 7th. It is an exciting time as each student begins the new year. Some of our students will be starting their last first day as a senior in high school while others will be walking through the door entering Kindergarten. Please remember that Pre-Kindergarten officially starts on Monday, September 11th. If you have any questions or concerns, please make sure to reach out to your child’s teacher, counselor, and building principal. Thank you for all your support, we look forward to another great school year here at Unadilla Valley!

UV is hosting two school bus test drive events on the following dates:
Thursday, August 24, 5:00 - 7:00 pm
Saturday, August 26, 9:00 - 12:00noon
Don’t be afraid of the big yellow bus!
School buses are easier to drive than you might think. They are also among the safest vehicles on the road. Unadilla Valley CSD is always looking for new bus drivers.
Be home when your kids are home!
Being a school bus driver is a great option for parents who need to have holidays and vacations off. Childcare may be available through UV in order to make it easier for parents to be a school bus driver.
We invite district residents ages 21 and over to take a test drive in a UV school bus. We’ll have a course set up on the school campus so you can experience what it’s like to drive a bus in a controlled environment and with the assistance of our experienced drivers. We’ll have coffee and doughnuts for attendees.

Fall sports parent meeting for varsity, junior varsity and modified sports is Wednesday, August 16th at 6:00 pm in the auditorium. Please plan to attend.

Community Pool Hours Extended! Pool hours will be extended through Thursday, August 24th. The pool will continue to be open to the public for use on Mondays through Thursdays from 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm.
The parent meeting for fall sports has been changed to August 16th at 6:00 pm in the auditorium.
Pre-k screenings are happening soon!
Don’t miss out.
Screenings are set for Aug. 4, with a second date of Aug. 15 for those who miss the first date. The screenings are in the areas of of occupational therapy (OT), physical therapy (PT), speech, and general education/abilities. Each screening will take place in the Elementary School and parents will need to come to the office with any registration materials. They should plan to be here for about an hour.
